MAIN PURPOSE

Collaboration with the Lead Pastor to develop and implement the Church’s ministry vision, emphasizing disciple making and spiritual growth. This role provides direct supervision and leadership to all church pastors and staff (apart from the Lead Pastor), fostering a unified and collaborative team environment. This role is focused on leading and directing ministries rather than executing tasks, cultivating a culture of spiritual development and leadership.
