This Is Home

Over the past six weeks, we’ve been reminded that everything changes when we stop just going to church and start becoming the Church. In this final message, we turn to Acts 2:42–47, where the first believers modeled what it looks like to live out values that shape a movement: devotion to God’s Word, authentic worship, intentional hospitality, joyful generosity, pursued excellence, shared life, servant leadership, and Kingdom living. They were a family of faith, marked by awe, unity, generosity, and mission, and the result was growth that only God could bring.

This is what it means to say, “This is Home.” Not a building, but a Spirit-filled community where people find hope, healing, and home in Christ. And together, as Jessamine Christian Church, we are stepping forward to carry that same movement into our generation.
